A morning of learning, connection, and care

When Crisis Comes to Church took place on October 9, 2026, at Forefront Church in Virginia Beach. Pastors, ministry leaders, volunteers, and local resource providers came together to explore how churches can respond to mental health challenges with wisdom, compassion, and practical support.

Recording wasn’t part of our original plan, but we decided to give it a shot at the last minute to see if we could pull it off. The video and audio aren’t perfect. You’ll notice some stretches without a picture in the Q&A video, and some audience questions may be difficult to hear, but we hope the conversations are helpful.
